- Prepare Salmon – Pat the salmon steaks dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Season – In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon steaks.
- Preheat Air Fryer – Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Cook Salmon – Place salmon steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Rest & Serve – Remove from air fryer and let rest for 2–3 minutes. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
