- In a mixing bowl, combine the basil seeds with 1 cup of water. Let them soak for 10β15 minutes until fully bloomed and gelatinous.
- In another bowl, mix almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt.
- Strain the soaked basil seeds if needed, then add them to the milk mixture. Stir well to combine.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let it set.
- Serve in jars or bowls. Top with your choice of fruits and chopped nuts.
- Enjoy immediately or store covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
