  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley Chopped for garnish

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Shrimp:
  2. Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Make the Marinade:
  4. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  5. Marinate:
  6. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 10–15 minutes.
  7. Cook the Shrimp:
  8. Grill or sear shrimp over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
  9. Garnish & Serve:
