- In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, brandy, sugar (or honey), and orange juice. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add blackberries, orange slices, and lemon slices to the mixture.
- Chill the sangria in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- Just before serving, add soda water (or Sprite) and stir gently.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint and a few blackberries if desired.

Notes
Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar/honey.
