Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line your muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gently fold in the dry ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Toss the blueberries with 1 tbsp flour, then fold them into the batter.
  6. Divide batter evenly into the muffin cups, filling about ¾ full.
  7. Bake for 22–25 minutes or until tops are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
