Method
- Add warm water, sugar, and yeast to the ziplock bag. Seal and gently shake. Let sit for 10 minutes until foamy.
- Open the bag, add oil and one egg. Reseal and shake to combine.
- Add flour and salt. Seal and knead the bag gently for 5-7 minutes until a soft dough forms.
- Let dough rest in the bag in a warm spot for 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Remove dough from the bag. Divide into 3 parts and braid on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Cover with a towel and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown. Cool before serving.

Notes
