Method

  3. Deglaze Pan: Remove chicken and pour in chicken broth, scraping up browned bits from the pan. Add heavy cream if desired and simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Finish Cooking: Return chicken to skillet and cover. Reduce heat to low and cook for 15–20 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F.
  5. Rest & Serve: Let chicken rest 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
