Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, carrots, bell peppers, onion, cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
  3. Transfer to Dish: Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the top is lightly golden and heated through.
  5. Cool & Cut: Let the baked chicken squares rest for 5 minutes before cutting into squares.
