  • 2 medium apples chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber chopped
  • 1 lemon peeled
  • 1- inch piece fresh ginger peeled
  • 1 –2 cups cold water if using a blender
  • Ice cubes optional, for serving

Method
 

  1. Wash dandelion greens thoroughly to remove dirt or grit.
  2. Chop apples, cucumber, and ginger into smaller pieces for easy blending or juicing.
  3. For Juicer: Feed dandelion greens, apples, cucumber, lemon, and ginger through the juicer. Collect juice in a pitcher.
  4. For Blender: Add dandelion greens, apples, cucumber, lemon, ginger, and water into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  5. Strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag if desired for a smoother texture.
  6. Serve immediately over ice or store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
