  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 cup cold water adjust as needed

Method
 

  1. Wash and prepare all produce: chop kale, apples, and cucumber.
  2. Add kale, apples, cucumber, lemon juice, and cold water into a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and vibrant green.
  4. For a smoother texture, strain through a nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer.
  5. Serve immediately over ice, or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
