Method
- Brew fresh, strong coffee and pour about ½ cup into each heatproof glass mug.
- Stir in 1 tbsp of Irish cream and 1 tbsp of whiskey per glass. Add brown sugar if desired for extra sweetness.
- Lightly whip the cream until soft peaks form.
- Slowly pour the whipped cream over the back of a spoon so it floats on top of the coffee.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or grated chocolate.
