Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, gently mix ground moose, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and optional egg and breadcrumbs. Don’t overmix.

  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the surface.
  4. Cook moose burgers for 4–5 minutes per side, or until internal temp reaches 160°F (71°C).
  5. Let burgers rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve on toasted buns with your choice of toppings and sauces.
