- In a large bowl, gently mix ground moose, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and optional egg and breadcrumbs. Don’t overmix.
- Divide into 4 equal portions and form into burger patties. Chill for 10 minutes if time allows.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the surface.
- Cook moose burgers for 4–5 minutes per side, or until internal temp reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let burgers rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve on toasted buns with your choice of toppings and sauces.

Notes
Moose meat is very lean—avoid overcooking or it can dry out.
