- In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of filtered water to a boil.
- Place nettle, oatstraw, raspberry leaf, and alfalfa into a tea strainer, muslin bag, or directly into a jar.
- Pour the boiling water over the herbs.
- Cover and let steep for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for maximum nutrition).
- Strain the herbs and pour the tea into cups or a storage jar.
- Sweeten with honey or add lemon if desired.
- Enjoy warm, or refrigerate and serve chilled over ice.
