Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish or individual ramekins.
  3. Prepare the Mixture
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, sweetener, and salt until combined.
  5. Gently fold in ricotta cheese until smooth and creamy.
  6. If using mix-ins (spinach, berries, or spices), fold them in gently.
  7. Pour and Bake
  8. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish or divide among ramekins.
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and the center is set.
