- Cook the Bacon – In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving drippings in the pan.
- Brown the Beef – Add ground beef and chopped onion to the skillet. Cook until beef is browned and onions are softened, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Combine Ingredients – In a large baking dish, combine the cooked bacon, beef mixture, baked beans, kidney beans, butter beans, ketchup, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, mustard, and apple cider vinegar. Stir well.
- Bake the Beans – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
- Serve – Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly, then serve hot as a side dish or main meal.

Notes
For extra smokiness, add 1 tsp liquid smoke to the mixture.
